Hi Bungo, first of all thank you for answering! well we do have a fair bit more then that I just didn't feel like writing about our whole life together! The only thing we don't have pretty much is the 12 months living together.. do you think going back to australia with her on a 6 months holiday visa and living together for that period before we apply would help? 6 months of travelling and 6 months living together? Hi guys, hopefully this is the right place. My girlfriend and I are after some advise! We have known each other for almost 2 years, last April my visa ran out so she decided to quit her job and we have been traveling since then. We are about to go and stay 1 month with my family now. So what we wanna know is what are our chances to apply for a de facto partner visa even tho we haven't lived together for 12 months? At the end of our travel we would have been traveling for about 6 months together if that counts for something? We have a bank account together for a while now, pictures with both familys, she is ready to put me on her will / supernuation etc if that helps.. what are our best options here? Hey guys, I apologize this might be off topic but, I've only got a month left on my WHV and I'm about to apply for my nomination and visa together next week, now my question is do I need to do the english test before or can I do it after I lodge my application? Because if its before I don't think I will be able to since I've only got like 25 days left on my WHV! Thanks guys and sorry again if this is off topic!

Ah okay.. and what if I decided to go traveling untill I get an answer? Would i be able to come back in? Last question I swear lol!

Yeah okay I will do that thank you loads for the info m8 One more question, what are the chances of me getting a holiday visa for 3 months after 2 WHV and just travel around untill I get an answer?

Yeah traveling sounds good.. but how would that work exatcly? say I go traveling for a month, then my boss calls me and says it got approved, how do I get back into the country without a visa? if I apply then for the visa and get a bridging visa, will I be able to get back and work?

How's it going guys, Soo I kinda really need some advices, my boss wants to sponsor me, we've been talking about it for about 5 months, I just wasn't sure about it and decided to do it about a month ago... now my boss has sponsored at least 10 peoples so far so he knows what he's doing I'd say, so I told him to go ahead with the first step nomination, it's been a month now and still no answer, the problem is that my working holiday visa is running out in about 25 days... now what are my options? can I apply for a bridging visa A even tho I haven't lodged any application from my side? or what are my options exatcly? freaking out a little bit, not sure what to do! some help would be great!
