I'll be Brisbane in less than a week and I wanted to work as soon as possible, so I wanted to know how hard it was to find a job in fast foods like KFC, Hungry Jacks or McD? Thanks for your help! I worked in the industry for years and we always employed friends and relatives of staff by reference. Bloody hard for an outsider to get in. Seniors aren't worth the money for kitchen till staff, but you might go for management. For management we had recruitment drives couple of times a year. Bar work might be worth looking at too.
