mumoffour Posted March 2, 2012 Share Posted March 2, 2012 Me and my son were both referred but we didn't have to re-visit the Doctor or get any extra reports. Referred can just mean they need a person with more medical knowledge to have a read through rather than an office type person just rubber stamping the "A" people. Guest Guest66881 Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 I was referred for a heart scan, because of my blood pressure on the day - just slightly higher than normal and the law states a figure and i was just above it so had to go for heart scan, £470 all ok - no problems, waited about two weeks approved.
