mtrews
Hey i am after a little advise & to see if anyone has had a similar experience! I have been granted a 176 PR visa under state sponsorship for WA, so relocated for the 'two year commitment' however my circumstances changed whilst i was living elsewhere in Australia & now want to move back alot sooner than the 2 years... Is this possible without it affected my future in Australia? Friends say once u have PR they can't take it away but i only got it because of my 'two year commitment' to WA & don't want to risk them not letting me stay in the future! The immigration website says i can be asked to be 'released' but i was just wondering if i didn't say anything would they even know? Has anyone else been through this?! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks....
