This would be based on me getting sponsorship from someone in need of my qualifications as a health visitor. I get the impression general nursing is in more demand but I've not done that kind of work for over 15 years. There seem to be Oz occupations which are close to HV but having a time trying to see how much my qualifications count. One aspect that has given us problems when we were looking at the 176 is my part time hours. Does anyone know if having worked part time is a problem for a 121 application ? Also, does the position offered have to be full time or does the employer just have to be prepared to make that kind of offer ? It's pretty difficult to get the right information about this kind of thing but I'm sure I'm not the first part time HV who has tried to move to Oz !
