I have been granted a 176 visa :biggrin: and I need to prepare my relocation to Sydney. I will be looking for a job when I will have arrived (btw I am single, no children). Not yet sure on the best way to find some housing. What do you think is the best/most convenient ? - stay first in a hotel and then look for housing ? - rent a furnished housing and then look for a rent more on the long term ? - anything else ? Obviously I will have many things on my plate when I will have arrived : look for a job, housing, administrative tasks, etc. So I am looking to reduce the hassles as much as possible. Some other things to consider : I only have 3.5 months to arrive in Sydney :wacko: . Is it difficult to find a housing in this short time frame or should I come first for a holiday to validate my visa and look at the local market and then come later ?
