I have been advised that it has been already been lodged which i assume payment taken. Problem is. I have no TRN number as i have been having problems with the DIAC site and i have no way of accessing my visa. Does a copy of the TRN get emailed to me? Guest dreamoz Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 Hi John2012, Nothing to worry about. I had the same situation as you a couple years ago when applying my student visa extension. You can call DIAC on their hotline number. (find it here: http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/visa-enquiries/). Tell them that you do not get your TRN or forgot to write it down. They will ask you several information such as DOB, Passport Number, etc, and will give you the TRN. However, normally you would get confirmation email from DIAC that you've lodged a visa.
