(175/176) 10points = Award or qualification recognised by the assess.authority

Hi everyone.

 

Regarding 10 points for Award or qualification recognised by the assessing authority in the assessment of the skilled occupation.

 

Could anybody explain please what exactly qualification could be recognised by the assess.authority (in general and by ACS particularly) but not diploma since diploma / bachelor and higher are mentioned in other rows there ?

 

For instance ACS declares they can accept some Microsoft Certificates even instead of diploma to assess skills.

But nothing said about them with respect to qualification recognision.

Then, I have one of those Microsoft Certificates;

so can I have this certificate recognized by ACS as qualification appropriate to obtain those 10 points in DIAC ?
