zoe1922 Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 Hi, I wonder if anyone can tell me what I should ask our doctor to put on a report about my husbands High Blood Pressure (hypertension), for our medicals. He is on regular medication for this and it is under control with no issues. I could just do with knowing whats best to ask the doctor to put on the report.
