Guest rebel333 Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 Hi, i'm a little confused on this issue, I've had conflicting reports from immigration on this and was wondering if anyone had dealings with this. I applied for 175 visa over 2 years ago, and stuck in the queue, so decided to go ENS and I was told I could go fee free and transfer to a 121, select option 3 (as I've been here for 2 years on a 457) and write a cover note, but my case officer said I cant' do that, I need to an australian diploma.
