Melbourne Centre of Excellence (COE) ENS cases which were received on 23 June 2011. Melbourne Centre of Excellence (COE) RSMS cases which were received on 22 July 2011 The Perth Centre of Excellence (COE) ENS cases which were received on 13 June 2011. But now they are at 18 May submissions? Don't understand! Can I assume these are submissions that were not considered decision ready and his was a decision ready application? Im in Perth..... i can only say, you are very lucky that you got everything so fast.... their are so many people who are waiting from last 5-6 months and didnt get anything... i applied nomination and visa together on 17th oct at parramatta office.. i m in regional QLD... hope ill get something soon... best wishess.
