An agent shouldn't be lodging your file drc if everything isn't there. That is what you pay them for, to make sure everything you might need is there. I personally would be mighty p'd off with my agent if I were you. What reason did they give for refusal? Yes man am nervous but god news that one of my friend he apply in April same restaurant he got visa in Feb 2013 he also apply second time and he got it. Technically, they will look at your visa application. On these threads so far, some were just granted pr right away after the employer nomination. BTW, did you apply last year Oct or 2011? Now I received an email from rsms administration they asked for more documents.like 2012 financial statement,bas etc.they mention that I need to submit documents within 28.my boss said that financial statements is not ready. We might need some extra time . Does department give extra time after 28 days. I can't really see why a company couldn't get all that in four weeks to be honest, and I can't see your co understanding why it would take longer either.
