Thanks for the update but sad to see in 2 weeks the update has only moved 6 days...last update was till 10th aug n today is at 16th aug...

Visa type - 175 (HR)

Lodging date - September 15th, 2010

CO assigned - yes, team 7 , August 2nd, 2011.

 

Connie is no longer up dating this thread due to commitments but please feel free to join a new one that I have put in place, you must be the first one since the 1st July to get a co this is good news could you please share here.

I think it cancels your visa application - don't press it.

 

Thanks RegDwight but, AS far as I know from the CO's email, if I (or anyone) want to cancel or withdraw his/her Visa application then he/she must give a written application with associate signature & documents. So, just clicking a button I don't think a visa application will be cancel. But may be as I don't know.

 

I hope many member of this forum everyday or so often check theire online status. So please will you share about the "Cancel Form" button? what is its significance?

but i am not CAT-4, i am 176 State sponsored, that makes me CAT-3.

after 8 month wait, i got an email from the a case officer to submitted more information

 

I am happy

 

could get the visa in oct

HI everyone

This morning I came to know that my Case Officer is from "Team 4"

So far did not asked for anything but only updating me that my application is under routine processing.

 

How Quick, Friendly, Cooperative they are??? Please share your experiances

Is there someone who was nominates/sponsored by any state but due to long wait their category was removed from the state plan (SMP)...

I want to know what happened after that ???????

 

their CATEGORY changes? their apllication REFUSED? need to apply for any other state (SMP)? or else.....
