Guest BullcreekBob
G'day Furnished accomodation tends to be expensive, usually more than twice the price of unfurnished. Aren't you bringing any furniture etc with you? or are you buying new here? Either way, you should give thought to taking a lease on an unfurnished place, then take your time finding a place to buy once you know more about the different areas and suburbs. I've seen more than a few familys get depressed then go back to the UK because they were in the wrong suburb for their lifestyle. It isn't always easy when in the UK, to tell what it's going to be like living in certain parts of Perth. You should not be rushed into buying a house untill you know what the area is really like to live in.
