Billabong Posted June 11, 2009 Share Posted June 11, 2009 Hi there, I'm still trying to persuade my wife to move to Buderim, we've had a visa for some time. She's happy working as a clinical nurse specialist oncology, like a hospital based macmillan nurse I think, before this she was a staff nurse on a gynae/oncology ward Would she find a job on the Sunshine Coast or would she have to work in Brisbane. The New hospital is supposed to be built at Kawana and be complet for 2014 but they havent broken ground yet and the locals are as sceptical of completion dates for it as most peolpe are in the uk over NHS projects! By the way I work at Nambour and was interviewed by phone for the position from the uk. They ever held the job for 6mths when our plans ran into problems and we were delayed!
