We are going out on a 457 Temporary 4yr visa , my husband has been sponsored. Can anyone tell us if we can get a mortgage (if we need to) on this visa? Secondly I am a Registered Nurse Level 2 can anyone tell me whether I can use this qualification? Thanks for all the info and advice on this site. Very much appreciated. Guest anders Posted November 22, 2005 Share Posted November 22, 2005 Hi to you We are on a 163 state sponsered vias 4 years, we got a mortgage this year on a no docs low docs, the rate was good and we had no problem however had to apply to the foreign investment review board for approval which again was no problem.
