Mongrel
You need at least 20 - 30% deposit and the 457 is dodgy as if your sponsor ship goes **** up you have to find a sponsor or leave in 28 days Adey a pio member gought a new build and the job was lookin grim dont know the out come but it deffo is precarious Mally
Guest thlo
Hi, can you help us out please??we have been told that you cant get a mortgage until you have lived in oz for 2 years, we are coming over on a 457 visa and were wondering when we would be able to buy a property?? This is really subject to current lending policy (policies have been changing a lot lately) but if we can get car loans for 457 visa holders in the first 6 months of arrival, given a reasonable home deposit, you can certainly try in the first 3-6 months of arrival and starting your job with our major bank lenders.
