Guest Bulldozersanddirt Posted December 15, 2008 Share Posted December 15, 2008 Hi there, Is there anyone who applied for and received the FHOG before the rules may have been changed in July 2007 regarding the requirement for a Permanent Residence Visa at start of house construction? We may be unique in that we signed the building contract before we got the PR visa, but applied for the FHOG in WA in early 2007 after we got the PR and during construction. Thanks.
