Guest The "legdes" Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 Hiya, Yes it is but you will still need to do the points test and get the points required and satisfy the reqs ie skill wanted (see MODL and SOL lists on DIAC website), the appropraite skills validation or testing and medical and police checks -pretty sure that 100 points are needed for relative sponsored (176 visa) but check that out just to be sure. We applied for a 176 relative sponsored at the beginning of July and our agent advises not to expect any contact form DIAC (Dept of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia) until April. They are just processing really slowly at the moment. For more on that check out my "Beupdate 176 Analysis" post.
