Guest roy Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 No they base it on the fact that you have to have a minimum of %20 deposit, and as you are entering their country on visas that have been assesed by every man and his dog. the reason behind this is they believe you have skills they require therefore you can if you so desire work. I have said mortgage offer from the commonwealth bank done through an aussie mortgage broker, who has not charged us a cent so know it to be true.
