We have just started vsa etc. We went to perth last year and liked it but we want to visit queensland as well before we make our minds up. We have 2 boys 14 and 11 so its nice you said its a place to bring up children. Can you give us some names of places that might be good to visit on our recci? as in to live , schools and of course pubs us scots love our pubs , thanks again sheena , stevie. We moved from there at the end of June (Bridge of Don area) and now living in Kallangur, North Brisbane. Where is it you are staying just now? Property is a lot cheaper here than most places. Hervey Bay is a growing city . The choice of shops is not as good as the Sunny Coast or Brisbane, but more shopping centres are being planned.
