meti
Hello, my friends, I just lodged a visa application subclass 190. My wife and I live in Iran, but we got married in Turkey and had an international and legal marriage there. However, our marriage is not registered in Iran and in our birth certificates. We provided our official Turkish marriage certificate for the visa application. I was wondering if the fact that we have an international marriage certificate that is officially and legally approved in Turkey but not registered in our home country and on our birth certificates would cause us any trouble. Thank you in advance for your help!
paulhand
As advised elsewhere, sounds unlikely, based on what you say.
