Citizenship application forget to add family name

Hi guys i hope everyone doing well, i need help for my citizenship application which is already submitted on 27 feb 2023. I just review my application and i noticed i forget to add my wife name on application she is in india atm and i will be apply partner visa soon. I got married in dec 2022 but accidently I put unmarried on application instead married.

now i got appointment of my test for 25th may. I don’t know what i should do? Can you please someone help me regard this?

should i notify to immigration about this?

if yes how? I apply application by myself. If im not notify to department it will be affect on my wife visa application which i will be apply soon.
