Does the phrase "used to" above imply "was used to" or "is used to"? In my opinion, there are two cases: 1. In case it is "was used to", it mentioned something happened in the past so I will choose " NO " for above question because parent hasn't been to Australia before. 2. In case it is "is used to", it seems this mentions the function of passport so I will choose " YES" and provide passport details even if parent hasn't been to Australia before.
