Bramasta
Hi All Currently, I'm on Bridging Visa A for a Child Visa subclass 802 (onshore). As the requirements stipulate, I am enrolled in a Vocational degree as a full-time student. My inquiry is about the working limitations as I wait for the outcome of my visa application. My Bridging Visa contains the 8105-Work Limit condition which means I can only work 40 hours per fortnight. My previous visa, the Student Visa, had a similar condition but because the government temporarily relaxed the 40 hours per fortnight limitation for students working in some critical sectors, I was able to work in the agriculture sector for more than 40 hours per fortnight. Is anyone able to let me know if I can work in a critical sector for more than 40 hours per fortnight on my current Bridging Visa A? Thanks.
