Ship Master Immigration and COR by AMSA

Hi everyone, 

I have a question to ask. In WA I see 491 visa is open for ship masters. May I also know that can family members be sponsors in ship masters case. I myself am trying to get to know about this.

Hope all are doing well...

I have already completed my AMSA skill assessment as ship master & awaiting final assessment letter from AMSA at present. In the meantime, I checked in WA ship master category is eligible for 491, does anyone lodged their EOI recently or got any invitation from WA or any other state?? those guys can share their EOI scores and timelines for visa processing....it can help the future guys to plan out things in clear way..

Hello Everyone,

I had received my final skills assessment letter as ship master from AMSA after completing my AMSA orals, but the assessment letter was valid for 3 years and that period has now elapsed. The letter stated that i could only receive my CoR after successful migration. I now wish to re-lodge my EOI for skilled migration. 

Are any of you aware if there is there any process for renewal of the skills assessment letter in order to apply for skilled migration.

Can anyone please tell after approximately how much time does AMSA issues final skill assessment letter after orals?
