Guest andie and shell Posted July 28, 2008 Share Posted July 28, 2008 hi everyone just registered for poms in oz, I did my practical at accrington on the 14th of july,still not got my results back yet more sleepless nights, though our migration agent is a bit slow picking her e mails up. Guest meyou&thekids Posted August 5, 2008 Share Posted August 5, 2008 Hi all, Have just joined PIO, my husband is taking his practical assessment 20th October in Glasgow, he too is a bricklayer - we have been sent the July candidate Guilde by the agent so he can get a feel for what is expected - he isn't worried by the assessment as he has been a bricklayer and builder for 20 years, but I am really scared as a few people have said that it is really hard. We are looking to live in caloundra either pelican waters or Kawana forest.... Also got family there... If it works out buddy we will have to meet up for a few tinnies!! He is actually an electrician special class and passed 20 years ago and then worked for npower specialising in incoming supplies and meter but the TRA have declinned his application and stated he is more a general electrician (not the case but we cant argue).
