TSS 482 ICT Project Manager to 186 ICT Business analyst direct entry

Hi There,

I am currently working on TSS 482 ICT Project Manager for one employer. I have got an offer from other employer who is willing to sponsor me 186 direct entry. I have successful skill assesment completed as ICT business analyst and all other documents are ready too.

I want new employer to apply for 186 direct entry PR instead of visa transfer, however don't want to delay the joining. 186 PR may take time and new employer may retract the offer just due to delay in the PR 186 processing.

Below are my question.

1. Please guide me on the best possible way to join the new employer asap and at the same time file 186 PR right away without delay\visa transfer expenses (i.e. with bridging visa etc...)

2. Please guide me on the total expenses.
