I am concerned as its an offshore application and i dont want to confuse things by paying it in Australia, thanks. Obviously much cheaper for me to transfer wise her the fee. Hey man i think anyone can pay as long as the file no is mentioned but i would want u to confirm it with Mr alan here,Do you mind telling me when did you receive the message to pay 2nd vac installment?Have they starting requesting 2nd vac to offshore applicants?
