Natural justice s57

I Came to Australia in 2017. I was a registered Nurse back home and have 3 years experience In Nursing. I completed Diploma of Nursing on July,2019, in Australia. After completion of of Diploma of Nursing, I wanted to pursue Diploma of community service. So I lodged student visa subclass 500 prior to expiration of my visa on August,2019. I attended few classes of community service. After attending few classes, I started feeling lost as I had deeper connection with Nursing. I started regretting for abandoning nursing. So I submitted my application in university for Bachelor of Nursing(conversion course) for feb 2020 because I didn’t want to miss February intake. and my COE was successfully approved . I now have two active COES at the moment. And I received Natural justice s57 from immigration stating that, you hold two COES at the moment, if you no longer require COE for bachelor of Nursing please arrange to cancel it and let department know about your decision. And I wrote a letter and told them that I have long experience in Nursing and I have started feeling lost. So I want to keep COE of Nursing. It’s been 2 weeks since I have submitted NJ s57 but haven’t received any communication yet. I am attending both classes at the moment and very stressed. Is there any one going through or had gone through same situation? Any suggestion? Your valuable suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you
