My employer nomination and visa application was submitted at the same time. Nomination approved on 26th August and PCC asked on 27th August . After submitting PCC on 6th Sept till now the progress showing "Further Assessment". Its so very frustrating to wait for a temporary visa for such long where my employer is also waiting for me to join early. Samson Posted October 2, 2019 Share Posted October 2, 2019 No one can help when it says Further Assessment. It’s being assessed in much more detail and can take any amount of time, for example my 457 was in further assessment for 18 months and refused the day before Xmas eve. Last week I have resigned from my employer and I am shifting to a new employer who is willing to sponsor me and my tss 482 visa. My question is, how long does it take for an accredited sponsor to transfer my nomination for me to be able to work for them? Does anyone of you have the same experience? Last week my new prospective employer lodged the requirements for the transfer of the nomination. Any feedback or information would be greatly appreciated. My employer engaged with an immigration firm so I have no idea of the status. My application and nomination was lodged on 23rd September and i have heard nothing since. I have submitted PCC on 6th of September after that my status showing "Further assessment". Frustrating time as this is just a Temporary visa and god knows what taking this long to approve or reject !! You can see your status over IMMI account. Do you already have that?! Status is still received there have been no further requests for information.
