brian1115
I am a red seal plumber In Toronto Canada. I applied for the skills assessment through Vetassess. They sent me a message saying that I need documented training and experience in either gas or roofing. I understand that Roofing is part of the plumbing trade in Australia but its not in Canada. I could get gas but it would be a year or two to obtain. I don't have gas or roofing however I would be able to easily get roofing experience because in Canada its something anyone can do. I was wondering if anyone else was in the same situation I was in. I was wondering how much roofing experience would be sufficient for the application? Would I just get my employer to sign something saying that I can do the tasks that Vetassess asks?
