I applied for a 186 TRT visa a while ago and I am sponsoring my partner as secondary applicant /defacto, she was also on the previous 457 visa. We never registeted our relationship to registry of births, deaths and marriage and I am wondering if our relationship will be recognized by NSW law regardless because listed on visa.
