peyotemix
Hi guys, I hope you are all well. I am just reaching out to see how many applicants have been treated unfairly by the Department of Home Affairs. My case is pretty simple, I have been working full time for a company on a 457 visa for two years after my employer lodged a nomination for TRT 186 Visa and I have applied for the visa. The nomination was quickly refused by the Department of Home Affairs for the financial viability of the business without requesting any additional documents to prove otherwise. We lodged an appeal thru the AAT, almost two years have passed now and we don't have any news but I am still working at the same job with the same employer. Is anyone in the same situation? sdsty
I am in the same boat. I lodged the appeal in Oct 2017 and haven't heard anything. I am in NSW. My 457 visa will expire in 8 months. It is sooooo ridiculous!Where are you?
