Kian Posted April 22, 2019 Share Posted April 22, 2019 Hello, The 40SP form requires my sponsor (my wife) to provide evidence of citizenship and length of residence ahead of my 309/100 application. We are both offshore and have been for a few years. Would her citizenship certificate (she was not born in Australia), and a colour scan of her passport suffice for this? I don't think she has access to things like old tax records. If someone else could share what they uploaded that would be really helpful, thanks.
