Gibo Posted March 10, 2019 Share Posted March 10, 2019 Hi Folks, We applied for state sponsorship (QLD) Nov last year for a 489 visa and this was granted within a couple of days. We then lodged the Visa application shortly after this towards the end of Nov. We have done our police checks but to date have not received a request for medicals. Most posts on here seem to show people getting medicals requested and submitted pretty quickly after submitting the visa application and then having the wait for visa to hopefully be granted.
