I'm also applying for 489 subsequent entrant visa and we are stuck at one place in the application form. There is a question in the form which says "Australian Residency status". The options given are 1. Australian citizen 2. Australian permanent resident 3. Eligible New Zealand citizen My question is since my spouse is on 489 family sponsored visa, none of the options above are applicable. There is another question right below it which asks "Has this sponsor ever held a permanent residency visa to Australia?"
