sianyo Posted November 7, 2018 Share Posted November 7, 2018 Hi all, We have received our first correspondence for 309/100 visa via email using a case officer name and department ID requesting criminal checks to be done. On the attachment they provided it said to reply 'at the details below' but it didn't have any specific details. I read somewhere on the attachment though that we can upload documents via immiaccount which we have done for the receipts. We have to wait for the actual certificates as they are being mailed out to us. So they will come after the deadline of 15 days and then we will upload them onto immiaccount. a) How do we know the case officer has received the uploaded document? b) Do we just ignore the email itself and don't reply as they didn't actually provide an email address to respond and it will likely not get read if we respond to the original email?
