Hi guys, i applied 489 visa on first week of February 2019,
How long u think it takes?
Will they ask for super annuation statement?
Any one can get or did got the 489 visa refusal?
Thanks.

Refusals are very rare. They give you all the chances to prove your claim. They first issue you njl and then you have to respond. After that they assess your case again.

Ruchi when did u apply?

Hi Gurpreet, we applied on 22nd December 2018, Saturday late evening. Till date no response received, and status is "application received"

Having seen status from you and other members, I guess, we have to wait for some more time for the good news 😀

Its highly unpredictable...no one can say who is gonna have Grant first...its not that someone applied in december must get after november applicants...u may get it sooner ...😀.

Eventually we all are having grants...

Oh lord...😇

It was 7 to 9 months earlier(4 months back), then became unavailable, then again it became 8 to 12 months(2 months back).

Recently they again updated it to Unavailable. We are also clueless about it.

When did you applied??

Uk .489 SA Chef , Submitted 28th December front loaded all documents including police check, sat medicals on 22nd Jan 2019, haven’t heard anything or had any contact with CO. Doing it through agent so just a case of waiting patiently it seems !

We were 14th Dec with medicals in early Jan, also front loaded.

Just waiting for that first December grant to appear and I'll feel so much better.

Hi guys 🙂

I've got a few questions regarding 190 visa. Before lodging this visa, does it mean you have to be staying at specific regional places (meaning you have to work 1 year at regional)?

Let's say I stay in Melbourne, finished my bachelor of nursing, apply for the 485 visa (Temporary graduate visa-2 years). And then I work as a nurse in Melbourne for 1 year. Later on I have 2 options- 189 visa or 190 visa?

What's the go from that? Can someone please explain as some of my agents have said multiple different things 😕

Thank you and appreciate your help 🙂
