UK Massage Qualifications recognition

Hi guys!

Apologies if this has been posted before or I'm in the wrong forum.

I've recently moved over with my Aussie partner, and am in the process of applying for my partner visa.

Back home, I am level 3 VTCT qualified in Swedish massage, and have worked part-time mobile over the years. I would love to continue doing this over in Australia but there's so much conflicting info online about whether our qualifications are recognised or not. I've read that you don't need to hold the Australian qualification as 'its not regulated' over here and that you only need insurance, but on other websites, it says you need to the RPL process and they tell you how much of your qualification counts towards the Australian version, and what else you may need to do in order to gain the Aussie equivalent.

Anybody here been through the same situation? I will happily do extra training if need be but I'm confused as to whether it will be wasting my time if my qualification IS recognised?

CONFUSION!

Thanks in advance ?
