bec311running Posted June 29, 2017 Share Posted June 29, 2017 Hi has anyone ever needed to apply for a refund from the department of borders in Australia? We lodged a visa application which fell under Cap and Cease. We applied for a refund in November 2015 and still haven't had our money back! When I contact them they simply say our refund application is with the finance department and they can't give us a date! bec311running Posted June 29, 2017 Author Share Posted June 29, 2017 Not if its been rejected through Cap and Cease because it is them cutting numbers so they refund any visa fees paid.
