I have lived and worked in the specified area for two years.I am now looking to apply for a permanent 887 visa. I have logged into my immi account and started the application but it doesn't seem to link my 489 visa to the 887 application or recognise my visa number. Don't have a visa label in my passport also in the previous visa information section it doesn't recognise my grant number. My immi account does show my previous successful 489 application. Has anyone had similar problems when applying for 887? I used an agent for my 489 visa but was considering applying myself for the 887 as I thought it would be relatively straightforward.
