Karen forster Posted March 30, 2017 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Hi my husband and I are now retired - my daughter is now an Australian citizen - she has 16 month twin boys and is expecting our third grand child in July this year . We would like to spend as much time in Australia helping and spending important time with them. We qualify for the parent visa as we have only 2 children - my son living here in the U.K. We probably can afford the contributory visa however would prefer not paying this. Our question is this - would we qualify for a 12 month visitor visa every year for about 5 years or can anyone suggest other long term visas ? Thank you for your assistance !
