swordvish
Hi there, I am on the last day of my student visa today & about a month ago I submitted a 485 graduate application and was granted a bridging visa A on expiry of my student visa. I applied for a 485 because I didnt think I would have everything in place for my PR 189 visa application before my student visa expired. As it happened I submitted an EOI last week and got invited today. I have already submitted my 189 application and I was granted another different reference numbered bridging visa. Neither of the two bridging visas are active yet because my student visa is still active until tomorrow. So my question is, what is the likely consequence of this? Will one bridging visa supercede the other? Hopefully its the one I got with the 189 visa application which would allow me to withdraw my 485 application. I'm not even sure if I should be withdrawing that application?? Should I wait to see which is granted first? So if PR is granted, then withdraw the 485 visa application?? I will find out tomorrow which bridging visa is active in VEVO I suppose, but it would be good if anyone here knows? Thanks!
