They'll come and make an inventry of everything to make sure they have enough allocated space for you and send you a firm quote. I got rid of a lot of stuff before moving so didn't have as much as you. Costs do vary depending on bulk/how much of a crate you need. However, that does not reflect the 'real' cost of moving. As with many things, a good rule of thumbe would be "whatever your budget, double it, or regret it"!!!
