Guest Woolich85
Hey everyone!! I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice about police cautions... I have three precious cautions, the last of which was in 2008. My ACRO states No Live Trace, so I've done a subject access so I can present this once I've submitted my application. I'm sure this has been answered before, but I just wanted a definite answer. It doesn't state anywhere on the 189 application about having cautions - it's just about convictions etc. I was under the impression I had to declare cautions, but these are not convictions!! Does anyone know how/where I disclose these? Thanks in advance for your help!! Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
Guest Woolich85
Oh, I am of course going to wait until I have my subject access before I submit my application. Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
Larad86
My partner declared his caution and like yours came back no live traces and he also submitted a subject disclosure and we had no problems at all. We just went with honesty is the best policy. Also I believe you have to submit all convictions including cautions.
Guest Woolich85
That's for the reply! I guess I can just select Yes under the convictions section and list them there as cautions. I want to be whiter than white and declare everything! Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
