Just logged in again as I hadn't heard anything and my application has vanished! All that that I can see is my visitor visa (I don't think this was even on there before). what should I do? How can it simply have disappeared? Someone might have selected Delete?? Since you are in Australia, I suggests that you dial 131881, sooner rather than later, and put the call on speaker phone.
