Guest Phil Olsen
Hi there Craigie Sorry, been off line for a couple of days. You are quite right. The legislation is as follows: The applicant, or the applicant's spouse, has one of the following relationships to a person (the sponsor) who has turned 18 and is an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen: (a) a parent; (b) a child or adoptive child, or a step-child, who is not a dependent child of the sponsor; © a brother or sister, an adoptive brother or sister or a step-brother or step-sister; (ca) an aunt or uncle, an adoptive aunt or uncle, or a step-aunt or step-uncle; (d) a nephew or niece, an adoptive nephew or niece or a step-nephew or step-niece Unfortunately, first cousin does not apply to metropolitan, which Kinross falls into Phil
