CO asks for another AFP police check

Hi,

 

I have received an e-mail from CO few days ago asking for another AFP police check and the reason is because there is a different name. However, in fact, it is a correct name. However, in the form (AFP) it asked whether I have other given name (that has been used). So I put another name there. THis is because in China Yucheng and sometimes we use Yu Cheng. So that is why I put Yucheng and Yu Cheng AND SURNAME

 

and the police check document shows like this

 

CHEN, Yucheng Yu Cheng

 

It seems that the CO thought the name was Yucheng Yu Cheng (while in fact the record shows two different versions of my name!)

 

I already provided in this in Form 80 (placed both Yucheng and Yu Cheng) and the CO did not ask any other information! Should I contact the CO about this? really frustrated at this moment because to get another police check I would have to wait for another month!
