Dean001 Posted May 21, 2016 Share Posted May 21, 2016 Hi All, We've just had a baby in the UK and have submitted a 101 visa application for him. My wife and I already have activated 189 visas. The 101 visas go through the London High Commission. We've been allocated a case officer and have had the medical and parent police checks done and submitted. The generic email we had when we submitted it said the processing time is "at least 8-12 months." I'm wondering does anyone have an updated processing time for these visas once you've been allocated a CO and provided all additional info.
